Required Experience
• Demonstrated experience with public safety technical, operational, funding and governance issues
• Experience in one or more of the following: Public Safety Systems, Next Generation 9-1-1 Services, Radio Frequency/Wireless Services, 9-1-1 Consulting, GIS/Data Services
• Must have broad network of business relationships in the public safety community including national participation in public safety associations (potential client network that contributes to the success of the market segments in the division)
• Demonstrated experience in large-sized public safety agency
• Experience creating budget and program justifications and their implementations
• Experience giving presentations to various executive levels, city, county and other legislative bodies
• Experience as a senior level manager

Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum five (5) years additional experience required in lieu of college degree
• Minimum five (5) years experience in Public Safety and 9-1-1 telecommunications and technologies.
