Sorry it has taken so long to get back with you. Corpsmet95 is public domain software you can get off the web, which it looks like you found. It was developed by Coastal Oceanographics under contract to the Corps of Engineers. The Corps has decided to maintain the code, but will probably do limited future development. I beleive Coastal Oceanographics will be enhancing what they call Metagen package and make it more automated. At this point in time Metagen and Corpsmet95 are the same software, but in the future they will probably be different. If you have any further questions, please contact me.
