This summer, so far, hasn’t set Wisconsin climate records for rain, drought, or heat. However, the precipitation has been very uneven across the state.
An easy way to get a glimpse of recent climate factors is through maps. A convenient source of such maps for Wisconsin is the Midwest Regional Climate Center’s web site.
For shorter-term maps of recent accumulated rainfall, the National Weather Service provides some nice options.
