The National Endowment for the Humanities and the National Science Foundation have awarded grants to the History of Cartography Project. These resources will accelerate work on two new volumes in the series.
The NEH is providing two years of outright and matching-grant support for Cartography in the European Enlightenment. NSF funds will underwrite five years of effort for Cartography in the Twentieth Century.
Cartography in the European Renaissance is entering the review and production process.
