You don’t want to miss the 2019 UW-Madison Geospatial Summit scheduled for Monday, November 4th at the Gordon Dining and Event Center!
The Summit kicks off at 11 am with two Keynote Speakers: Emily Stanley, Professor, Center for Limnology and Ken Bradbury, State Geologist & Director of the Wisconsin Geological & Natural History Survey. After the lunch break follows a Panel Session at 1:30pm, “GIS Careers: Perspectives from Recent Graduates” geared towards students. Then from 2:30-4:30pm is the Career Fair where students/attendees can meet with over fifteen local geospatial firms and agencies to get career advice and make connections.
The Summit is free but we ask you to please register by November 1st to help us with logistics.
