With over 550 employees in eighteen offices in the United States and two international locations, we currently have an opportunity for a team player to take on the role of Information Management Services (IMS) Team Leader in our Madison office.

As a crucial member of our management team, this person will use their strong leadership abilities to develop and manage a team-oriented, customer service IT, Geographic Information System (GIS), and database management team. Specific responsibilities include: Development and supervision of staff, including goal setting, performance evaluations, training and mentoring, and recruiting; work process planning and control, ensuring good communications and coordination with RMT’s EHSMS growth initiative, with technical staff and Project Managers; team management reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Science degree in IT or an EHSMS background and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Management Information System design, development, implementation, and consulting business. Individuals must be proactive, strategic thinkers, with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to embrace change. Candidates must have strong multi-tasking abilities; manage conflict with staff and clients; and have proven problem solving ability and demonstrated sound judgment . Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
