Qualifications:
Candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience or a 4 year degree in GIS or electrical technology. Knowledge of electric utility systems, distribution line design and programming of distribution equipment controls is a plus. Working knowledge of computer software tools, especially ESRI, AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Access is expected. Working knowledge of Milsoft Windmil (trademark) distribution analysis software is a plus. You must possess basic knowledge of GIS databases, preferably ESRI.
