Survey Crew Leader

Summary:

We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Survey Crew Leader in our West Bend, WI location.

Job Duties:

• ​All surveying (precise location) for WE Engineering, Fossil Operations, Real Estate, Construction, and Legal entities in a timely manner.
• Direct work of survey party or multiple crews.
• Stake job before due date.
• Conduct survey work for transfer of properties, buying/selling of land and replacement of lot corners for customers, all according to State standards.
• Complete all required paperwork (stamp, sign) and submit to Real Estate.
• This could include cross-section, land parcels, equipment alignment, established benchmarks, coal piles, and ash disposal sites.
• Draw up exhibits for easement, send to technician, and enter job as complete in job tracking system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Applicant must have survey field experience within the last two years. In addition, applicant must have experience within the last two years in the use of a total station, a data collector, and related computer software.
• Applicant must be a Registered Land Surveyor of the State of Wisconsin.
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and meet the requirements for driving.
