Position Summary
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates expertise in GIS server, cloud and database infrastructure management to support systems/applications implemented and maintained in our large, complex, multi-platform environment. This position implements, administers, and maintains the agency GIS server, cloud, and database architecture, to support high-profile, critical agency business needs. This position ensures the enforcement of agency-wide policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that govern the administration, security, use, and management of agency GIS infrastructure.
This position helps support the research, configuration, testing, implementation, administration, integration, monitoring, and support of agency GIS server (ArcGIS Server, Portal), cloud (ArcGIS Online) and database (ArcSDE) infrastructure. This position provides expert consulting and problem resolution for agency GIS server, cloud and database architecture and infrastructure tools, services, and issues.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must have experience in all the following:
- Implementing, administering, and supporting organizational GIS server and cloud infrastructure
- Implementing, administering and supporting organizational GIS database infrastructure and GIS data content
In addition to having all the above, well qualified applicants will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Experience implementing and supporting Esri ArcGIS Server/Enterprise and ArcGIS Online
- Experience implementing and supporting Esri ArcSDE
