As a GIS Analyst, your key responsibilities will be implementing, maintaining, and analyzing geospatial data. The GIS Analyst will assist with completing projects to improve systems and data processes utilized by Michels Power, Inc. and its’ customers. GIS Analyst will perform geospatial modeling and review GIS data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.

What it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science, or an Associate’s Degree, with 1-3 years of related experience
  • Prior experience using web-based mapping solutions such as ArcGIS Field Maps
  • Prior experience using Survey123
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with Python, HTML, SQL scripting
  • Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
