Excellent opportunity for accomplished GIS professional. Recon Maps & Charts Inc., developers of Fishing HotSpots Maps & Saltwater Direction Charts located in Rhinelander Wisconsin, seeks a GIS professional with 3+ years of real-world experience to fill an opening for a GIS Specialist and Product Manager. Ideal candidate will be experienced in using ESRI Software products for data development/production. Particular areas of expertise should include Arc Edit, Arc Grid, Arc Macro Language, Arc Map, 3D Analyst and Spatial Analyst. Familiarity and or expertise in import, manipulation and conversion of various data formats is a plus. The candidate would also be familiar with storage and manipulation of data in coverage, shape file and Personal Geodatabase data models. Candidate should also have at least 1 year of experience with Cartographic production using graphic tools like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw. This position also has a customer service component for which the candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
