We seek an independent, creative, and experienced application developer with 5-10 years experience in software programming, with substantial and demonstrable experience in the following programming languages: C# and Visual C++. In addition, the candidate should have significant experience with .NET framework and modern standards for application development such as object oriented programming, declarative programming, code generation, unit testing, and object-relational mapping. Other highly desirable skills include: experience with mobile application development (Windows CE, Pocket PC OS), GIS application development, application programming using mapping components (for example ESRI MapObjects), knowledge of UML, and unified development processes.
