Cartographer position with Mapping Specialists, Ltd. a supplier of high-quality cartographic services to a wide variety of clients in the map publishing industry. Cartographers are responsible for performing a number of duties, including research and compilation, map production, editing, and final product preparation. Software used includes Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, ArcInfo and ArcView. A background or study in cartography and geography are preferred. Experience helpful but not required.
