Designs, develops, and maintains applications that are moderate to complex, and/or critical. Will have an increasing level of business knowledge. Analyzes problems and recommends alternatives for resolution. May take on a lead role in the development of applications or parts of an application. These projects will be small to medium in size. Provides guidance and technical leadership to less experienced technologists. May work under guidance of senior technologists on larger or complex projects. May work in a mainframe, client/server, and/or web environment.
