Walworth County has a GIS Analyst/Programmer position responsible for performing highly technical mapping and database/application development functions. Duties include analyzing/creating new systems and application designs, maintaining existing systems/applica-tions; and participating in project teams to implement systems/applications. Qualified applicants will have Bachelor degree or formal preparation equivalent to a four-year GIS related program and 2-3 years relevant prior exp; or an equivalent combination of education and exp plus 2-3 years exp in ESRI ArcGIS 8.x/9.x application design/development, project management, and ability to operate in the following environment: ArcSDE on SQL Server, Visual Basic, VB for Applications, SQL and ArcObjects application development.
