Top commercial real estate firm located in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a full-time Research Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for the daily operations of the research functions; including collecting and maintaining database systems, mapping and demographics, and analyzing and interpreting real estate market data for general research reports. The candidate will be responsible for database management and the information system’s integrity.
Candidate must possess strong people, computer, and analysis skills, as well as have strong organizational, writing and multi-tasking skills. Candidate must also have experience in internet searches and Microsoft Office. Database, GIS and real estate knowledge would be a huge advantage.
