Land Records Administrator/Land Information Officer

Position Purpose: This position is responsible for providing leadership to Bayfield County for the development, planning, implementation, coordination, and administration of a county-wide geographical information system and for the modernization of Bayfield County land Records. The position will also assist the Treasurer with supervising the Tax Deed, In-Rem and tax role process.

This position will require extensive experience in land records, solid judgment, technical expertise, supervisory experience, and a high degree of independent initiative. Theemployee must embrace and implement the land records modernization goals andobjectives established by the Wisconsin Land Information Program.
