Duties: Digitizing and attribution of wetland delineations to convert hardcopy aerial photography basemaps into a digital format using ArcGIS and specialized softcopy-photogrammetry software.
The project is expected to last approximately 2 years.
Skills required: Basic understanding of GIS concepts and a working knowledge of ArcGIS, specifically Arcmap.
Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week between 7:00-5:00 M-F with a relatively flexible schedule.
Approximate start date is Sept., 17th. Work Location: USDA-NRCS, 8030 Excelsior Dr. Madison, WI 53717.
