Real Property Lister

Description:
Fulltime time position as Rock County Real Property Lister supervising a small staff. Position has responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of accurate ownership and description information for all parcels of real property in the County. Serves as the coordinator between the County and the taxation districts for the assessment and taxation purpose. Provides computer services to assessors, clerks and treasurers of the taxation districts in the County; including, but not limited to data entry for the assessment roll, notice of assessments, summary reports, tax rolls and tax bills. Position also serves as the Land Information Officer and coordinates between the state and county for land information projects. Position requires extensive experience in surveying, cartography, assessment or appraisal of real estate and previous experience with GIS software.
